A family of three, soon to be four — they needed a third bedroom, and the existing layout made that nearly impossible. Load-bearing walls everywhere.
We reworked the entire floor plan. It took some structural problem-solving, but the result is an apartment that finally works: a proper third bedroom, and a kitchen with dining area that became the heart of the home — the kind of space where the whole family ends up gathering.
